  Brian Allender

  DDS, MD

  Dr. Allender was raised in Springfield, Oregon and received his graduate degree from Oregon State University in 1982. He received his Doctor of Medical Dentistry degree with honors in 1986 from the Oregon Health Sciences University and then completed a one year hospital based residency at the University of California Los Angeles. Dr. Allender began a four year Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program at Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland, Oregon in 1987. He completed his training in 1991 and began his private practice with the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, P.C. that same year. His practice encompasses the full scope of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery including, orthognathic, dental implants, TMJ disorders, facial trauma, oral pathology and dental alveolar. Dr. Allender is a Board Certified Surgeon and a Diplomat of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Allender is married to Laurel, a registered dietitian, and has two children. The Allenders enjoy all outdoor activities in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.   Todd Tucker

  MD

  Dr. Tucker was raised in Casper, Wyoming and received his graduate degree from the University of Wyoming in 1988. He received his Doctor of Medical Dentistry degree with honors from the Oregon Health Sciences University School of Dentistry in 1992 and went on to receive his Medical degree in 1997 from the Louisiana State University School of Medicine in Shreveport, Louisiana. Dr. Tucker completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 1999 at the Louisiana State University School of Medicine and joined Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, P.C. that same year. His practice encompasses the full scope of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery including, orthognathic, dental implants, TMJ disorders, facial trauma, oral pathology, dentoalveolar, cranio-facial, and facial cosmetic surgery. Dr. Tucker is a board certified surgeon and a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Tucker is married to Lisa, a registered nurse and has three children. The Tuckers enjoy music, college athletics, and are very involved with children athletics. They also find great joy in serving other countries on their mission trips.   Bryan C. Williams

  DMD, MD

  Dr. Williams was raised in the great state of Utah and received his undergraduate degree in Biology from University of Utah in 2003. From 2004-2007, Dr. Williams joined the United States Peace Corps and was assigned to Guyana, South America, in the outskirts of the Amazon Basin. He was the head of the science department in a small, under-privileged secondary school where he was responsible for teaching STEM courses, renovating science laboratory facilities, obtaining a generator for the facility, and other necessary upgrades. Following his service in the Peace Corps, Dr. Williams obtained his Doctor of Medical Dentistry from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA, graduating Summa Cum Laude in 2012. While in dental school, Dr. Williams was President of the Student Council, and Vice President, Communications of the American Student Dental Association. Dr. Williams earned his Medical Degree in 2015 from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and completed his residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in 2018. Dr. Williams earned the position of Chief Resident for the Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery department at UNMC. Dr. Williams joined Oregon Oral Surgeons in 2018 and is happy to be in the Pacific Northwest, where he can explore his love of rock climbing, bicycling, and hiking with his family.
